Flax eggs:
a) 1/3 cup whole flax seeds
b)1 cup water
In a blender or food processor, blend the seeds until they have an even consistency, slowly start adding the water while blending.
Continue blending until mixture become thick. Transfer to an air-tight container. It'll keep refrigerated for 3-6 days. Make 6 eggs.
注:3tps flax eggs equal 1 egg

4) 1 tsp baking soda

8)2 bananas, mashed
9)1/3 cup olive oil
10) 1 tsp Vanilla extract
11) 2/3 cup soy milk
Preheat oven to 375F. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sweetener, baking powder,baking soda,salt,oat bran and walnuts. Add the mashed bananas, oil, vanilla and soy milk and mix together gently until "just mixed" spoon into a lightly oiled muffin pan and bake for 15--20 minutes. Make 12 muffins.

2)2 tsp baking powder
3)1 tsp salt
4)1tsp cinnamon

6)1/4 cup margarine
7)1 cup raisins
8)1 cup soy milk
Preheat oven to 400℉. In a large bowl,stir together the flour baking
powder,salt,cinnamon, and sweetener. Add the margarine and incorporate into
the flour. Add the rasins and soy milk, 1/4 of a cup at a time ,and gently
knead the dough together. (Don’t knead too much, or the biscuits won’t be
fluffy.) Once kneaded, separate dough into 2 balts and shape each ball into
a rectangle. Cut 6 biscuits from each rectangle. Lay out  on a lightly
greased baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until biscuits are golden
brown . Make 12 biscuits.
