United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao attended the Summit Forum on the sidelines of the Shanghai World Expo, which is set to be closed latter here Sunday.

The 184-day event, the first World Expo held in a developing country, drew 246 participated countries and international organizations.

The Expo, with the theme of "Better City, Better Life", will issue Shanghai Declaration to re-define some basic principles for urban development.
