Appears many -- given that we often hear in the press about grid computing and related notions such as utility computing, on demand computing, service-oriented computing demonstrated in this thesis! My own follow-up research is carried out through theGridbus project European Commission (EC)'s Grid Research 2005 - 2010 Agenda:Next Generation Grids is another high profile effort that recoginses the importance of Grid Economy and started initiatives that advance it.
