     喜欢用沙参玉竹来煲汤,清清淡淡一点药材味也没有。而且它们药性温和,男女老少都合适。沙参分有南沙参和北沙参两种,功效相似,可以润肺止咳,养胃生津。北沙参滋阴润燥的功效较强,而南沙参清热去痰的作用较好。日常煲汤,选用北沙参更为常见。玉竹有养阴、润燥、除烦、止渴的功效,是一种常用的养阴药材。莲子有益心补肾、健脾止泻、养心安神的作用。

      因此,沙参玉竹猪腱汤有滋阴润燥、清补益气、健脾养胃的功效,是一道四季皆宜的营养汤水。其滋阴润燥,养心安神的功效,特别适合熬夜看世界杯的人士饮用。

     

     

     

     材料:
       猪腱肉400克
       沙参20克
       玉竹50克
       莲子50克
       蜜枣2粒

     

     

     做法:
       1.将沙参、玉竹、莲子(去芯)和蜜枣洗干净,用清水泡30分钟;
       2.猪腱肉洗净,切大块,放入开水中煮片刻,拿出来用清水冲洗干净,沥干水,备用;
       3.清水1800ml放入汤煲里,待水滚后再将所有材料放入,以大火煮开,转为小火,再煮两个小时,放盐调味即可。

     

     

     TIP:
     

       1.猪腱肉煲汤前要先出水(做法2.),去除血水和油腻,煲出来的汤才会很清;
       2.清水要一次性放,不要中途加水,所以,火候的控制很重要;
