本届年会的主题为--提升世界格局，重新思考、重新设计和重新构建。
The themes of this conference are improving the world structure, rethinking, redesigning and rebuilding .
新年伊始，迎接我们的并不是世界各地欢庆新年到来的喜庆景象。
At the beginning of this year, we have not been met with the joyful scene which is celebrated by the world as the arrival of New Year.
而是一连串世界各地发生自然灾害的消息。
But a series of natural disasters news around the world.
海地遭遇了两百多年来最严重的一次地震，预计有十万人遇难。
Haiti suffered the most serious earthquake in recent 200 years. It was estimated that 100000 people were killed in this earthquake.
巴西暴雨肆虐引发洪水和泥石流，至少85人因灾死亡，
Brazil’s heavy rains triggered floods and mudslides, at least 85 people died from this disaster.北半球的大多数地区正遭受着近百年来罕见的严寒天气，欧洲各国持续暴雪.

人类在创造财富的同时，也留下了相应的自然后果。
When people create the wealth, they also left its natural consequence as meanwhile.
虽然我们经常在讲迎接挑战、振兴经济的同时不要忘记关注我们生存的自然环境，要与我们生存的自然环境和谐发展。
Although we often talk about that we should not forget to concern about the natural environment we live in , and develop with it harmoniously when we meet challenge and revive the economy.
但在巨大的经济利益面前，很多人的内心天平都会倾向利益的一方。
But many people will tend to the interest when they face huge economic interests.
. 我不知道有多少人准备好现在开始自己的低碳生活、又有多少企业开始用碳排放来重新衡量自己的生产和经营。
I do not know how many people are ready to start their low-carbon style, and how many enterprises have begun to re-measure their production and management by using of the carbon emission.
但是，不管接受还是不接受，低碳生活已成为现实的必然。
However, regardless of reception or rejection , low-carbon life has become a real necessity.
金融危机爆发之后，碳税概念已经真正的进入了公众议程。
After the outbreak of the financial crisis , a concept of carbon tax has really entered into the public agenda.
面对人类自身生存环境所遭受的严重威胁，对碳税和碳关税征收的合理性和可行性的争论必然会成为历史潮流的浪花而消逝掉。
When facing of the serious threat which the living environment of human suffered , the controversy about rationality and feasibility of carbon tax and carbon tariffs is bound to fade away as a mark in historical trend.
随着对生态保护环境认识的不断深入，碳税的内涵也必将不断的充实和丰富，而不仅仅只着眼于温室气体的排放，所有对人类生存环境造成威害的行为都有可能被纳入碳税的内涵。
With the awareness of ecological protection of environment continues to be deepen, the connotation of carbon tax will continuous be enriched . Not only focus on the gas emission of greenhouse, but also all activities that can cause the damage of human living environment will be included in the connotation of carbon tax.
如果将碳税归类为财政性的环保工具，那么必然有与之相配合的金融环保工具的诞生。
If we classify the carbon tax as a financial tool which can protect the environment, then there must be the birth of financial tool to match with.
作为一个金融从业人员，这也是今后一个时期我们应该关注的新的课题。
As a financial practitioner, this will be a new issue that we should concern about from now on.
总之，无论是个人还是企业，面对这一崭新时代的到来，都应该充分了解和认知这一发展趋势，未雨绸缪的同时并积极饯行。
In short, regardless of individuals or enterprises, when facing the coming of this new age, we should fully understand and recognize this kind of development trend, take precautions and actions.
作为社会肌体的细胞，个人公民和企业公民都应该树立自己强烈的社会责任感，从我做起，努力推动人与自然的和谐共生，担当起自己应该担当的社会公共责任。
As a body cell in society, individual citizens and enterprise citizens should establish their own strong sense of social responsibility, from what I start, take efforts to promote the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, to take their social and public responsibility.
而任何一个国家作为这个地球的世界公民，也应该肩负起世界公民的责任，在维护和争取自身权利和自由的同时，尊重其他世界公民个体的自由和权利。
Any country of the world on the earth, as a citizen, when preserving and fighting for rights and freedom, it should also take the responsibility of respecting the freedom and right of other world citizen.
共同自觉地维护全球的公共利益，而克服个别利益。
We should safeguard the global public interest with conscious and over the individual interests.我想无论世界的格局如何改变，但地球只有一个，希望我们每一个人、每一个企业、每一个国家都能够通过我们的实际行动真正的做到热爱生命，关爱地球。
I think no matter how the world structure changes, we have only one earth. I hope each of us, each enterprise, each country will really achieve the goal of loving the life, loving the earth through our practical actions.
