Glad to hear that the World Economic Forum (Davos Annual Meeting) will be held on January 27, 2010 in Switzerland, I express my sincere congratulations to this forum in beautiful ancient China.
作为每一个有责任的“地球人”，都清晰地看到并感受到目前我们所身处的环境和面临的困难及问题,更关注和关心我们地球之未来发展。借助本届论坛主题-提升世界格局,让我们尽快行动起来，面对危机和机遇重新思考、设计并构建世界经济新格局。
As each responsible "Earth people", we all clearly see and also felt the circumstance we are in and many difficulties and problems we are facing currently. We are also very concerned about the future of the Earth we live in. 2010年是继金融危机经济严重衰退以来复苏的关键年，是挑战与机遇并存的一年。国际间协作将在转化这些机遇时发挥关键性作用。危机期间，全球各国的决策者曾采取迅速一致的行动-尤其是互为协调的财政刺激计划、金融稳定策略-发挥了重大作用，规避了更大的灾难。

然而，今天我们应该毫不回避地看到国际间协作还是存在一定的难度。各国以及区域组织的宏观经济政策的松紧调节、金融监管的力度把控以及高失业率、贸易顺逆差的处理等等都关系到各国经济的走势和社会的发展。

如何开展行之有效的国际间协作，共同应对经济危机对全球经济之影响。关键要从危机之本源-金融体系改革入手，克服潜在的国家利益分歧从而达到提升金融体系的稳定性和重塑公众信心的目标，并解决好目前存在的三个主要问题。也就是：1）经济复苏的疲软现状；2）岌岌可危的资产负债（来自政府、企业）；3）监管造成的冲击。
