2. If you have already installed ArcGIS 9.1, just uninstall it and install this version.

3. License Manger Setup
（许可文件安装）
a. Create the following directories:
（创建以下路径）
i. C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x
b. Copy license.lic to that directory.
（将文件license.lic 复制到该路径下。）
c. Edit the first line of the license.lic file
（编辑license.lic文件的第一行）
i. SERVER this_host any
ii. Change this_host to the name of your computer
将“this host”改成你电脑的名字。
d. Run LMSetup.exe
运行程序 LMSetup.exe
i. Choose C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\license.lic when prompted.
选择“C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\license.lic”
ii. Do not restart.
请不要重新启动
iii. Copy over ARCGIS.exe to C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x
将“rARCGIS.exe ”复制并覆盖到C:\ProgramFiles\ESRI\License\arcgis9xx下。
iv. Add ESRIFloat.reg to the registry.
将“ESRIFLOAT.reg”信息加入到注册表
e. Restart your computer.
重新启动您的机子
f. Launch StartMenu -> ArcGIS -> License Manager 9x -> Run License Manager Tools.
运行StartMenu -> ArcGIS -> License Manager 9x -> Run License Manager Tools.
g. Choose tab Service/License File, and check "Configuration using Services", and choose the ArcGIS License Manager.
选择Service/License File，然后核对"Configuration using Services"并选择the ArcGIS License Manager
h. Switch to tab Configure Services, make sure ArcGIS License Manager is in the Service Name listbox.
选择configure services项，并确认ArcGIS License Manager 在service name listbox里。
i. Browse to the correct License file path (C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x) where you copied the license.lic file and choose it as license.
为license file 选择正确的路径。
j. Check Start Server at Power up.
k. Click Save Service to save the settings.
l. Test the server by choosing the Start/Stop/ReRead tab, Click Stop server, then ReRead license file, then Start Server.
m. After that move to the tab Server Diagnostics and press the Perform Diagnostics button. If everything is done right, it should list all ok features.
4. Mount ArcGIS Desktop 9.2 DVD.iso
and use "license_server_setup\37102011.efl9" as license file
2) copy *all* files from "license_server_crack\" to the
license server install-dir replacing existing ones
(yes, especially the lic file - the moronic LMSetup.exe sent
the ARC/INFO feature to oblivion *argh*)
3) start the license-server
(you may have to logout/login to make it work)
4) install the application
5) copy "data_interop\fme_license.dat" to
"install-dir\Data Interoperability Extension"
6) start "Desktop Administrator" and
* "Software Product": choose "ArcInfo (Floating)"
* "License Manager": change to "localhost"
* "Availability": select "ArcInfo Desktop (Floating)",
in the pane below that selection you should see a lot of licenses :-D
7) when starting the different apps for the first time make sure
to select all extensions in the options menu
