Personal Information Portal (PIP)
The Personal Information Portal (PIP) facility is a suite of web pages that allows you to:

view your personal details and course fees enrol online maintain your address, emergency contact and mobile phone details request attendance and council tax exemption certificates view your student record, timetable and examination timetable use the Course or Undergraduate Modular Programme Handbooks which contain all current course and field lists, up-to-date module descriptions, programme regulations, syllabuses and the General University Calendar use the ‘Online Programme Registration‘ (OLPR) facility which will enable you to manage your own programme without needing to complete Programme Registration forms which require academic signatures register for your graduation ceremony.
A helpful PIP ‘Guide for Students‘ is available from outside the Student Administration and Systems Office (located above the Main Foyer, Headington Campus). The helpful information contained within this guide can also be accessed online by clicking on the ‘Help‘ link that appears in the top right hand corner of the PIP pages. While a permanent helpdesk facility isn‘t currently available, training and drop-in sessions run during Week 0 and Week 1 of each semester, and details of times and locations are advertised via posters and leaflets.
