Russia vital for Chinese enterprises "going global"

Chinese Vice President's upcoming visit to Russia, 
Belarus, Finland and Sweden will be important for
 promoting cooperation with the four countries.
"The visit is an important diplomatic action of China.
 China attaches high importance on relations with the
 four countries, and our relations with the four 
countries are developing smoothly."
Xi would meet with leaders of the four countries to 
discuss promoting bilateral relations and 
cooperation in such areas as finance, economy, 
energy and culture.
