个人经历的如此差的百度，事情概况如下：
1.2007年12月27日 由于我司要统一规范信息（以前公司业务员很多个人在很多网站注册信息导致公司描述出现很多版本、不一致），我司和百度签订 “百度竞价排名合同”合同号： 06956。 百度业务员承诺且打电话与百度确认能清理掉，并在其合同上注明这一条款，若做不到则全额退款。
2.大约在2008年三、四月份时百度业务员说不掉，答应可以退款。然后交给百度客服部处理，结果处理了半年仍无结果。11月份给百度打电话，原处理此客诉的客服人员离职也没有交接给新客服人员，又处理了接近1-2个月时间，百度人员说不能退款，理由是合同上业务员手写的内容无效。
3.如需看合同，我可以把合同原件传上来，都有百度签字盖章。
个人现在对百度失望如下：
1： 百度人员说不能退款，理由是合同上业务员手写的内容无效。那么业务员把合同拿回本公司存档，难道百度不审核，业务人员自己不清楚？？百度不对百度员工的工作错误负责，现在反而把责任给无端的推掉？？ 百度客服人员自己还说是百度业务人员自己的恶意承诺！！！
2： 难道百度如此大的公司处理一个客诉竟然处理了一年而无结果？？ 难道经历过“虚假广告”，“竞价排名”风波的百度会如此…………
3： 百度人员离职难到不进行工作交接清楚？？ 也不跟客户重新确认联系方式？？个人至少打了10多个电话从深圳到北京，从业务到客服再到客诉处理。真不知到百度怎么服务客户？？
4：声明所谓的百度竞价排名后台本公司从来没用也没进去过，根本就没有用过他们的一丁点服务。百度客服人员自己都说没有用他们的服务是应该无条件退款的。
5： 百度如此做法不仅无端仅浪费了个人这么多时间、影响个人工作心情，确终究不给退款。一个月前就告诉百度，2008年底再不给处理结果就借助网络的力量PUSH百度。 同时也给大家反映一个真实的百度（不过百度人员言语还算温和）。
个人在百度合同上暂且盖住百度业务人员姓名和联系方式（个人还算仁慈的），及本公司，本人信息。
