Panel members included the following faculty members from the JohnsHopkins Department of Economics: Christopher Carroll, professor; JonFaust, professor and director for the Center for Financial Economics;Olivier Jeanne, professor; Jonathan Wright, professor. Otherparticipants: Robert Barbera, Investment Technology Group; John C.Driscoll, Federal Reserve Board senior economist, adjunct professor(JHU); Matthew Zaft, Merrill Lynch.
