We fill these 3-liter-jars with berries, like this.

象这样把浆果装进三公升的瓶子。

 

Then we take vodka, or half-and-half alcohol with water…

然后取伏特加,或者1:1的酒精和水。

And pour the jars.

倒进瓶子。

Then the jars are put to the basement for 2-3 weeks. This is how the stuff looks after 10 days…

然后把瓶子放置在地下室,放的时间为2-3周。这是10天后山茱萸混合物的样子。

and after almost 3 weeks.

几乎3周后的样子。

We decant the primary liqueur.

我们倒出初期的酒。

The liqueur is strong but too sour yet.

这种酒虽浓但还是太酸。

So we add about 500 grams of sugar into each jar, mix the stuff carefully, and put the jars again to basement – for another 2-3 weeks.

所以我们每瓶要加大约500克的糖,仔细将所有东西混合均匀,再把瓶子放进地下室—再放2-3周。

After almost a month we get such syrup.

大概一个月后,我们会得到这样的糖浆。

We pour the primary liqueur into a pan and add the syrup there.

把初期酒倒进平底锅并加入糖浆。

We also mix the berries with water and put to basement again – to make light liqueur.

把浆果和水混合,再放进地下室—用来制淡酒。
