马克思的风险社会思想是马克思主义哲学当代性阐发的基本纬度之一,具有广阔的思维空间和理论容量。马克思立足于理性和价值的统一,认为风险社会是在全球化背景下,由于人类实践活动所导致的全球性风险占据主导地位的社会发展阶段。在此发展阶段里,对人类产生局部影响的风险演变成对整个人类的生存和发展构成严重威胁的全球性风险。马克思风险社会思想的基本观点主要包括四个方面:其一,人类实践活动的二重分裂性是风险社会的存在论基础。实践是联系主观和客观的桥梁,其自身具有二重分裂的性质,包含着创造与异化的双重内容。其二,资本主义的基本矛盾是风险社会的运作逻辑。正是由于资本主义基本矛盾的介入,打破了实践发展给予人类的自由与实践所导致的风险之间的张力的相对平衡,实践的破坏性方面被片面突显,由此形成全球风险社会。其三,私人利益与公共利益的分裂与对抗是风险社会的实质。全球风险社会是资本主义基本矛盾在全球化过程中扩张和转化的结果。而资本主义的基本矛盾正是私人利益与公共利益分裂与对抗的最高表现。其四,消灭资本以实现人类的全面自由发展是摆脱风险社会困境的根本出路。要消灭私人利益与公共利益的分裂与对抗,就要消灭其最高表现形式—资本主义的基本矛盾。当作资本失去合理性而趋于消亡时,全球风险社会也将逐渐消亡,人类社会将进入一个崭新的发展阶段。 在全球风险社会语境中,马克思的风险社会思想具有重要的价值。马克思的风险社会思想不仅为深化马克思主义哲学研究提供了新的理论生长点,而且为全面透视西方风险社会理论提供了科学的理论指导。同时,当代中国已经出现了“风险社会”的诸多症候。马克思的风险社会思想为转型期中国的稳定发展提供了重要的方法论支持。
Marxian risk society theory was one of the basic latitudes which was explained on the aspect of modernity. It had the wide thought room and theory capacity. Marx considered that risk society was one social seedtime on which crisis or threat induced by human practice activity began to take up dominant position in the context of globalization. In such society, the partial impact on human being has changed to the global risks which threat the survival and development of human being seriously. Grasping the logic method of Marxian risk society thought, we can work out the basic viewpoints of Marxian risk society thought. The first, the split of the human practice is the basis of the existence of the risk society. Practice is the bridge which contacts the subjective and the objective. It has two divided nature, including the creation and alienation. The second, the basic contradictions of capitalism is the operation logic of the risk society. With the involvement of the basic contradictions of capitalism, it breaks the balance of human freedom and practice risks. The destructive aspects are highlighted partially, thus form a global risk society. The third, the division and confrontation of private interests and public interests is the essence of the risk society. The global risk society is the result that the basic contradiction of capitalism expands and exchanges in the process of globalization. The basic contradictions of capitalism is the highest performance of the division and confrontation. The fourth, ultimate outlet of risk society was to destroy capital in order to realize human full-scale and free development. To eradicate the division and confrontation of the private interests and public interests, we should eradicate its highest form - the basic contradictions of capitalism. When the capital tend to lose their reasonableness, the global risk society will gradually dying out. The society will be going to a new one. In the contact of the global risk society, Marxian risk society thought has important value. The thought of Marxian risk society not only cultivate a new growth point which help us to deepen the study of Marxist philosophy, but also supplied scientific instruction on theory which helped us to perspective west theory of risk society fully. At the same time, contemporary China has emerged a number of "risk society" syndrome. It still offered support of important methodology which helped China to develop steadily.
