山东青州机关单位取消周六休息引公务员不满

本报讯 （记者崔木杨）昨日，有群众向本报反映，近日山东省青州市出台了一项新规定。该规定要求，自规定下发后，青州市属机关事业单位要取消周六休息。“国家规定双休，为何市政府就能把这一规定更改？”一举报者说，他不理解在这件事情上，究竟是权大还是法大。

取消休息令公务员不满

王先生是青州市政府职能部门的一名公务员。近半个月来，这名四十岁的男子和他身边的一些同事感到了苦恼。苦恼来自半个月前，青州市出台的一项规定。这项规定要求，自规定下发后，市所属机关事业单位要取消周六休息，以便更好地为当地老百姓服务。

“很荒谬，双休日是法定的休息日，任何行政力量是无权干预的”，他说，规定传达后，市里还安排了督察局和纪委对各单位执行规定的情况进行监督，发现违反规定的人要通报批评。

对于新规定的出台，在工商局上班的雷先生也表示了不满。

他说，公务员也需要休息，自执行周六上班制度以来，他感觉很疲惫。一周休息一天，他根本没时间走亲串友，也没时间领孩子出去玩。

初衷是为方便群众办事

昨日，青州市市委宣传部的一工作人员表示，青州确实是在试实行市属机关事业单位周六上班的制度。执行这项制度的初衷是为了方便群众办事。

“目前还处于试执行阶段，虽然有纪委部门监督，但并没有具体的处罚措施”，该工作人员说，现在周六必须上班的部门都集中在青州市的行政审批中心，那里是服务群众的窗口。
