A3 参考文献著录方法的两制
期刊参考文献著录方法，可沿用本期刊和国际上本门学科的惯例，选用两种著录制(即“顺序编码制”和“著者/出版年制”)中的一种，但应力求参考文献的著录规范化，不要混用。
A3.1 顺序编码制参考文献排列顺序是按论文中引用文献编码依次列出，不按著者姓名字母排序，不分文种。参考文献表中的序号编码不加括号，不加“，”。

A3.2 著者/出版年制
参考文献表中文献的排列顺序，可以是：中文(汉字)、西文(包括已转译为罗马化的文种)、俄文、其他。其中：汉字可按姓氏笔画顺序或汉语拼音顺序排列，西文、俄文等分别按字母顺序排列。
