在简历里有很多东西可写的,总不能全写上去吧,那么写些什么呢?其实老板关心的是你能够创造多少的价值,你能够给公司带来多时的效益!没有多少人愿意请一个高学历的花瓶,而是愿意请一个能够实实在在给工资带来业绩能够非常好的完成工作的人!所以与其在简历上写自己的兴趣爱好还不如多谢谢自己进入公司的话,能够做些什么呢!

 

 

实实在在写CV之理论篇

 

简历的定义:

 

简历其实就是对你自己简短的描述,说明你是哪儿的人、做过那些事,也可以说简历是你自己给自己做广告。当然引起他人注意的广告或者说有说服力、有冲击力的广告是你求职成功的第一步。

 

简历的长度:

 

程序员一般以2-3页纸为宜。高级研发人员一般不超过4页。CEO等高级行政管理人员当然不在此列。

 

简历的原则:

 

简单明了,针对性强(To be concise and to the point)。给中介公司的简历则应尽量将关键字词列在上面。

 

简历的类型:

 

1. 按时间顺序排列(Chronological) 这是最常见的写法。但请注意时间顺序实际是按倒序排列的。 这种简历用于强调你的工作经验,年纪大经验多的人比较适合。

 

2. 按功能分类写(Functional) 这是一种按技能和重要性列出工作经验的格式。这种简历强调你的能力,年轻人比较适合。

 

履历和简历(CV vs Resume)有何不同:

 

CV is much lengthier than a resume and emphasize your credentials and education. They usually follow very narrow guidelines and are very detailed. Published works are cited and seminars presented are also included. Employers are particularly interested in Education, Associations and Societies, Innovations, Product Launches, Published papers, Business Development, Globalization, Presentations, Research and Development, Software Skills. Educators, doctors, health care professionals, presenters, scientists and people abroad would use a curriculum vitae. International Vita will vary slightly.

 

简历的重要性:

 

现在的雇主非常重视简历,人事部门收到一份简历后,一般会保存半年到一年。只要有空缺,他们会查看已经收到的简历。重视简历和推荐信的程度有时让人觉得荒唐。然而这个社会就是这么重视简历,这是现实,不可改变,至少眼下是这样。况且他有它的道理。

 

简历的可信度:

 

雇主相信你在简历上写明的一切。他们在雇佣你之前不会查证你的材料。假如你做CONSULTANT,那么你甚至有机会编一个大谎。假如你做雇员,那么进入公司以后,人事部门有权向你索取各种文凭证书并保留复印件。

 

简历不必写什么:

 

职简历不是"向组织交代",一切有关个人的隐私不必列上,比如种族、出身、性别、年龄、婚姻状况、社会保险号等等。出版、学术会议也不一定写上(不包括申请科研单位职位)

 

简历的写法因人而异,但必须简洁明了。你的简历是你的门面,自然是专门概括描述你的,并不是别的任何人。这就是为什么随便用"简历样板"、甚至"简历软件"不能保证写出好简历的原因。你的整体能力、你的性格、你的风格都应该反映在你的简历中。

 

写简历应注意如下几点:

 

1、写给谁看?

 

2、他()喜欢看什么?

 

3、言简意赅、段落清晰、易读易记;

 

4、有内容、有深度、有风格;

 

5、简历必须整洁,否则很容易被人忽略,涂涂抹抹、皱皱巴巴是很糟糕的,会给雇主留下坏印象。对雇主来讲,邋遢的简历意味着邋遢的雇员。

 

6、打印多份,甚至十几份,几十份,以备用。 从现在起,请准备你的简历,并随时更新。去求职的时候,一定要带上简历,并留在哪里一份。

 

7、写好简历后,最好请别人帮你看一下,以免遗漏或错误。

 

8、假如你的推荐人名单是另写的,记住面试的时候一定要带上。

 

简历十大忌讳:

 

1、拷贝别人的简历格式;

 

2、不写日期(只列公司,不列日期)

 

3、只有事实,没有表现(Responsibilities/Accomplishment/Your own role)

 

4、工作经历太乱(换行业太频繁)

 

5、怨恨字眼(Leave reason: sexual harassment/fired me for no good reason)

 

6、个人信息(没人在乎你单身、结婚、拉提琴还是踢足球)

 

7、太多不相关经历(只有你的家人才会关心你大学以前的事情)

 

8、非职业化,不整洁(使用鲜艳的彩色纸/茶杯印)

 

9、没有适当的目标(着急找工作并不表示应该广种薄收)

在你寄出的简历之前,用“九不”标准来检查一下你的简历。

 

1、简历的修饰。不要因为省钱而去使用低廉质粗的纸张。检查一下是否有排版、语法错误,甚至水、咖啡渍。在使用文字处理软件时,使用拼写检查项并请你的朋友来检查你可能忽略的错误。

 

2、字符大小。如果你需要用两页纸来完成简历,请清楚、完整地把你的经历和取得的成绩表现出来。不要压缩版面,不要把字体缩小到别人难以阅读的程度。

 

3、真实。不要虚构日期或职务名称来蒙蔽你曾经失去工作的事实,或频繁更换工作的事实或你从事较低的职务。如果你未来的雇主去做背景调查发现你在撒谎,那你就和你的工作说“再见”吧! 4、陈述你的才能。如果你缺少你所找寻的工作所需的工作经验,不要在简历中使用时间表达法。通过功能表达法或技术表达法,优先来陈述你相关的工作经验和技术。

关于Cover letter的问题仁者见仁智者见智。我个人觉得Cover letter非常重要,重要的不在于形式,而是他的内容。

 

Cover Letter 的作用

Cover letter 的作用是在与给雇主一个主观直接的印象,一般的雇主看到了这封信就会对你的人有一个大面的了解,会在脑海中勾勒出一幅你的图像。只有Coverletter打动了雇主,雇主才会去看你的CV。说白了你的CV主要是一些资料性的东西,没有修饰的余地,一般的来说如果两个人同班毕业,那么在没有工作经历代的情况下,CV的内容都回差不多(格式除外)。那么如何展示自己的独特之处就在于一个好的CoverLetter了。

 

Cover Letter 的格式

Cover letter的格式比较简单,一般是按照正式书信的格式去写,有的人会把CoverLetter的内容写在CV的第一部分,还有一些高人搞的非常的另类(一般都是学艺术的,汗~)。

 

Cover Letter 的内容:5W1H

5W1H是指5W开头和1H开头的英文单词,分别是:who, why, what, where, whenhow。这些内容构成了Cover letter的主要内容。他们具体是:

 

  WhoWho are you? 你是谁?并不单单指的是你姓字名谁年龄几何,而更关键的则是你的个性如何,你是个什么样的人。但是不要写太多的纯个人信息(比如说兴趣爱好等等),关键是和工作相关的部分。

 

  whyWhy do you want this job? 你为什么需要这份工作?Everything is reasonable. 凡事都要有个原因,找工作也是如此。老板是很关心你进入公司的动机的,为了钱?为了兴趣爱好?为了工作经验?为了个人的发展?还是为了自我价值的实现?总之我们在这里多写一些好的。比如说我一直想进入公司,想得到一些好的工作经验希望能跟公司共同进步发展等等。

 

  what What can you do? 你能做些什么?也就是你能干什么?你的能力如何,专业都会些什么?这时各位大侠便可尽展其能,把自己会得擅长的都写出来,可以适当的夸大一些,但是可千万别玩命的吹,否则面试的时候会出问题的。

 

  whereWhere can you work? 你能在那些地方工作?能不能出差?能不能去外地?可不可以区别的区域?别看问题小,但是那个老板不原意招一个能上山能下海能风里来雨里去的员工呢?

 

  whenWhen will you start to work? 你什么时候可以开始上班?你可以上长期夜班?全职兼职?节假日?圣诞节?周末?很多的工作需要一个可以什么时候都能上班的人,一般的这种工作的工资都不错,只不过休息的时间段和别人不一样罢了。这时我们华人的优势呀,要知道洋人可是绝对不肯在节假日上班、或者超时工作的。

 

  how How do you show youself? 你如何展示你自己?如果你得到了这份工作你会如何做?告诉雇主你的计划,比如说,你工作以后还会继续Parttime学习等等。让老板知道你的长远目标,让雇主知道你是一个有理想有抱负人。

 

5W1H构成了整个CoverLetter的主体,但是还是要一个关键的思路,关于思路的问题我们一会儿再讨论

 

CoverLetter 的其他内容

除了上面的内容,还可以添加自己的彩色照片(1~2寸的), 其他的一些有必要的关键内容。

 

Cover Letter 的的思路

思路非常的关键,整篇的内容都要围绕着一个中心思想,就是引导着雇主的思维塑造一个你的形象,给雇主一个完美的主观第一印象。要知道第一印象往往能够直接决定求职的成功与否。举例子来说,如果雇主对你的第一印象是非常专业的职业人士,那面试的时候你说什么都是真理,如果雇主对你的第一印象是觉得你吹牛,那面试的时候你说什么都会打个折扣,甚至不会有面试的机会。所以思路是非常重要的。这个思路是给雇主的,是用来引导雇主的。思路有很多种,我来举个例子:

 

首先在Coverletter的开头告诉雇主说你的年纪正值青年,来自中国拥有所有中国人所特有的优势勤劳、踏实、工作积极努力。介绍完了自己那为什么要来这家公司工作呢?是因为这家公司有着悠久的历史,良好的销售业绩等等,希望能够进入公司,从而发展自己,和公司共同进步。Ok 先把雇主捧得高一点,高帽子永远是最好的礼物。好了,说了你要来公司的理由了,那公司为什么要请你呢?是因为我具有良好的工作能力,很强的专业知识(列举),受过高等教育,有良好的沟通能力,能够为公司创造更多价值!并且,那里都可以去,可以出差,可以为客户上门服务,从时间上来说可以立刻上班,愿意加班,并且可以在圣诞节等西方节假日期间在公司需要的情况下上班(春节休假,正好回家过年),等等。雇主看到这里一般都会觉得还不错,肯定都会在想另一个问题如果你进入公司你会怎样做呢?好,如果进入公司,那么将尽快地融入到团队集体中,尽可能在短的时间内适应工作环境,在业余时间继续学习,提高自己的工作能力从而更好的发挥自己的能力等等。这个思路到这里基本上就结束了。我相信很多的雇主都会跟着这个思路去走,那么很容易地就塑造了一个专业优秀、性格合适、任劳任怨一专多能、后劲十足的年轻生力军的形象,如果再配上一张英俊的穿着西服的半身照片,那么整个一个立体的第一印象就成功地塑造起来了。

CoverLetter实际上就是一封推销自己的推销信,要让老板觉得雇用自己是一种超值的行为,学过广告学的人都知道,最重要的就是第一印象,而最容易会略的就是一些塑造第一印象的时候的细节。包括CoverLetter的格式是否正规,打印的效果,纸张的质量,排版,单词的拼写,措辞,称谓,落款。总之每一处都要考虑到位要做逆向思考,最好把写好的东西让不是很了解你的人先看看,感觉一下。多从雇主的角度思考,多多的修改几遍,内容不要太长,一张A4的纸就好,字体的设置,要正规尽量不要用一些奇怪的字体,字的大小要12号左右。写字写得好的最好能亲笔落款签名,以示对雇主的尊重。

 

 

关于面试文题:你希望公司付给你多少的薪水。。。

 

我个人是这样认为的,既不能说的太高又不能说的太低(有人说,这不是废话吗?别急,往后看)。那么这个不高不低到底是多少呢?这个问题牵扯到了几个因素:这家公司的工资状况、你的目标职位、你目标职位的起薪(第一年新人的工资)、你求职的心态。

首先要知道你的求职的目标和你的能力,大概可以分为以下三种情况

1. 刚刚符合入职的标准

    在这种情况下,就不要想太高的工资了,可以回答的工资标准,可以听从公司分配,或者报出公司这个职位的最低工资。目的是让老板觉得虽然这个职员的能力不高,但是老实,听话,不会特别追求金钱,给人一种勤劳肯干的印象。

 

2. 觉得自己做这份工作做很合适(一定要真的有能力,不能光是自己觉得,得让老板也觉得你做这份工很合适)

    在这种情况下,可以要求雇主稍微高一点的薪水,但是要在这个职位的最低收入和公司的平均工资水平的之间,毕竟自己是新人,工资太高老板不愿意要,但是低了的话老板又会觉得你这个人对自己没有信心。总之目的是让老板觉得物有所值,一分价钱一分货(人),实际上老板是不会特别的在意那多出来的那一点工资的,但是你可以为自己争取到更好的待遇和让老板觉得你是人才、对自己很有信心。

 

3. 我能够做的非常好,能给公司带来很大的利益

    如果你有这份工做的相关工作经验,能够在入职后给老板迅速的创造出价值,那么你尽可以抬高自己的身价(但是不要太过),如果你能够创造出更多的价值的话,老板也不在乎多给你开点工资的。但是一定要让老板知道你的能力,要让老板认可你也是人才。

 

其实雇主在问这个问题的时候,同时也在考察你是不是有准备面试。我的建议是一定要在面试之前考察清楚以下几点:工资情况、公司情况、业务情况、客户群、你的目标职位的职责,如果在面试中雇主顺利的回答出来雇主的每个问题,就会让老板觉得你为了进入这家公司做了很多的工作,很认真,很有诚意;并且你的调查代表了你对工作的态度和一方面的能力。要知道面试的时候最忌讳的就是让雇主觉得你有“你来不来这家公司无所谓,反正还有别的面试”的心态。
