雅虎版的Adsense Yahoo Publisher Network (YPN)

Yahoo YPN (Yahoo Publisher Network) 此项服务已经在美国本土进行推广，很遗憾大陆不在其测试版范围中，因为我们没有“美国社会福利号码”，因而不能申请YPN帐户。 Yahoo YPN肯定是借鉴了Google Adsense (AS)的成功经验，并一定会针对AS推出有竞争力的服务，因此，未未来互联网广告发布之争肯定会在Y和G之间激烈展开。目前已经有站长从AS转向YPN，据称收相当地不错，更有甚者，有人声称，G的AS支持小组已经打电话，要求转做YPN的站长，重新考虑做AS的广告。正是在YPN推出之后，11月5日，G推出了AS的“推介”服务，假如你是做AS的站长，有站长通过你，作为你的下线，新注册成为AS发布者，当你的下线从Google挣到第一个100美元时，同时Google会奖励你100美元，作为介绍费。
而且Yahoo API跟Google比起来，有更多的优势。
- 每天允许对数据库进行5000次查询(Google为1000次)。
- 使用REST开发界面，听说比Google的SOAP更容易开发。
- 支持网页、图片、新闻、视频等多个数据库(Google只开放网页数据库)。
- 还有专属的blog和wiki，利于开发者间的交流，也更符合潮流。
