　　第二，这个案件的案情原本并不复杂，却因各种各样的、来自各方面的杂质因素掺入而变得扑朔迷离，这说明我国的司法进程，离社会主义法制的理想状态、甚至是离我们对现状的乐观判断都依然遥远，司法程序的合法化、司法人员素质的提高，都依然是我国需要面对的沉重课题。

　　第三，虽然判决结果仍然将邓玉娇的行为定性为“构成故意伤害罪，但属于防卫过当”，会有大量的网友感到不满，但毕竟免除处罚的结果仍然值得我们高兴，也与大多数网友的最初期待相一致。这充分说明公众的关注，对于推进行政以及司法透明化、公正化的重要作用，充分展示了来自社会底层的、来自人们内心深处的道义力量。

　　邓玉娇恢复自由，不仅仅是法律斗争愚氓的胜利，更是一场公理对抗自私，道义对抗邪恶的胜利。
