Police received a report of lewd conduct of two people having sex in the bushes near the Howard Street Bridge. When officers arrived on scene, it was quickly determined the sex was not consensual and that the female was a victim.
Police learned that the male, Terry L. Thomas, was forcing the woman to receive oral sex. Witnesses reported seeing her struggle and attempt to get away from the male several times. Police say alcohol was involved in the incident.

If I would have seen a woman struggling to get away during a sexual act in a public park....I'd have been proactive in my response...call 911 but then put a bullet in his head or even hit him with anything I could find near me.
The fact no guy did anything to help her is what makes me sick.....

So people see her trying to get away from the guy, yet they do nothing? What the hell is wrong with people? Someone took the time to call the police and tell them that there were people in the bushes having sex. Were these the same people who notices that she was trying to get away from the rapist?

Doesn't matter whether alcohol was involved. This is a character issue - a lack of moral character. And she should not have been with this loser.
Make the guy work to pay for the counceling of the victim, and support her in the matter of which she will be comfortable for the rest of her life. Chain gang should be brought back.
