11月21日是上海市”11·15“特大火灾发生的第七天，对于遇难者而言，也是中国传统殡葬习俗的“头七”之日，在静安区胶州路火灾现场周围，前来致哀的上海市民络绎不绝，胶州路百米长的街道上放满了遇难者亲属、群众和社会各界献上的花圈花篮花束。

新华网上海12月23日电 记者23日获悉，上海市人民检察院第二分院已依法对上海市静安区建交委主任高伟忠等三名“11·15”特别重大火灾事故责任人开展立案侦查并刑事拘留。
上海市检察机关表示，静安区建交委主任高伟忠、静安区建交委综合科科长周建民和静安区建交委建管办副主任张权因涉嫌滥用职权罪等，被立案侦查并刑事拘留。
此前，上海“11·15”火灾事故发生后，上海静安区建设总公司、静安区建筑工程监理有限公司、上海迪姆物业管理有限公司、上海佳艺建筑装饰工程公司等责任单位的相关负责人已经被依法刑事拘留，火灾现场相关施工人员也被依法刑事拘留。
