曾祎安是千橡互动集团联合创始人/执行董事/首席运营官。千橡互动集团创立于2002年，秉承网民自主创造内容的新一代互联网精神，以全新的互联网沟通及传输方式，致力于打造中国下一代最大的网络富媒体娱乐互动平台。目前集团旗下拥有多个知名互联网网站和品牌，猫扑网（mop.com），校内网（xiaonei.com），斗牛士（donews.com），视频分享网站uume.com，软件门户斑马网（banma.com）。千橡互动集团已经获得了来自于General Atlantic（GA）为首的国际知名私人资本和风险投资机构共计四千八百万美元的投资。除GA外，投资者还包括Doll Capital Management、Technology Crossover Ventures、Accel Partners和联想投资等机构。

之前，曾祎安曾经做为公司第一个职员加入chinaren.com，任技术总监，主持开发了代表中国年轻一代网上生活的产品“校友录”。

曾祎安所带领的团队多次获得业界的知名奖项，其中包括：

     计算机世界集团、计世网（CCW）颁发的中国互联网十佳项目创新奖；
     中国科学院及《互联网周刊》颁发的中国商业网站100强等。

他同时担任中国互联网协会理事，中国互联网协会宽带P2P应用推进联盟理事等职位。

Mr. Zeng is Co-founder，Executive Director and COO of Oak Pacific Interactive,which was founded in 2002, focusing on creating China's next generationlargest interactive entertainment network rich-media platform in newinternet communication and transmission way by following new generationspirit. Currently OPI owns a number of well-known internet sites andbrands, such as mop.com, xiaonei.com, donews.com, uume.com, banma.com.OPI has obtained 48 million US dollars investment from internationallyrenowned private capital and venture capital investment institutionsheaded by General Atlantic. Besides GA, the investors also include DollCapital Management, Technology Crossover Ventures, Accel Partners andLegend Capital.

Previously, Mr. Zeng was first person who joinedchinaren.com as technology director, presided over the development ofproduct "alumni club", which represents China's younger generationonline life.
The team led by Mr. Zeng won many prominent industryawards, including:
China Internet top 10 Innovation projects Awardsawarded by Computer World Group, the China Computer World; Chinese Top100 commercial web sites awarded by The Chinese Academy of Sciences andInternet Weekly.

He was also a director of the China Internet Associationand The China Internet Association of Broadband P2P Popularization.
