Blood cells:
1.     white blood cells:
1)     granulocytes
(1)   neutrophil
(2)   eosinophil
(3)   basophil
2)     Agranulocytes (mononuclear leucocytes):
(1)   Lymphocytes:Lymphocytes are much more common in the lymphatic system. Lymphocytes aredistinguished by having a deeply  staining nucleus which may be eccentricin location, and a relatively small amount of cytoplasm. The blood has threetypes of lymphocytes:
B cells: B cellsmakeantibodiesthat bind topathogensto enable their destruction. (B cells not only makeantibodies thatbind topathogens, but after an attack, some B cells will retain the ability to produce anantibody to serve as a ‘memory‘ system.)
         Tcells
CD4+ (helper) T cells co-ordinate the immune response andare important in the defence against intracellular bacteria.
CD8+cytotoxic T cells are able to kill virus-infectedandtumor cells.
γδ T cells possess an alternative T cellreceptor as opposed to CD4+ and CD8+ αβ T cells and share characteristics of             helper T cells, cytotoxic T cells and natural killer cells.
Natural killer cells: Natural killer cells areable to kill cells of the body which are displaying a signal to kill them, asthey have been infected by avirusor have becomecancerous.
(2)   Nonocytes
(3)   Macrophages
2.     red cells
3.     platelets
Cell in tissue:
1.     mast cells: Themast cell, acell intissues, has many similar characteristics with basophil. For example, both cell types storehistamine, a chemical that is secreted by the cells when stimulated in certain ways (histamine causes some of the symptoms of anallergic reaction).
