Korean War Commemoration
The National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, along with other community organizations, will commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Korean War with special events and the renovation of the Korean War exhibit area in the Modern Flight Gallery. The activities listed below are open to Korean War veteran groups as well as individual veterans and their families.

Wings & Things Guest Lecture
Dr. Richard Hallion will discuss "The Korean War" at 7:30 p.m. in Carney Auditorium. This event is free and open to the public (no reservations are required).

Dinner Under the Wings and Exhibit Opening
Enjoy dinner in the museum's Modern Flight Gallery and see the unveiling of the new Korean War exhibit area. Reception begins at 6 p.m., and the dinner and program begin at 7 p.m. Note: The dinner is now full.

Freedom's Call Military Tattoo
Wright-Patterson AFB celebrates freedom during the sixth annual Tattoo, featuring live music, aircraft fly-overs and a fireworks show. Admission is free. Preferred parking and seating will be available to Korean War veterans and their guests. Pre-show activities begin at 4:30 p.m. and the main show begins at 8 p.m. Click here formore information.

Korean War Memorial Ceremony
Recognize, honor and remember the service and sacrifice of those who fought in the "Forgotten War" during a 5 p.m. ceremony at the Korean War Memorial at 130 Riverside Dr. in downtown Dayton. Contact the Korean War Veterans Memorial Association at (937) 293-1819 for more information.
