CAS 1.0
CAS 1.0 offers single sign on for the web. Users authenticate only to the CAS Server and need do so only once per browser session.

CAS 2.0
CAS 2.0 builds the ability for applications to proxy authentication to third tier ("back-end") service providers that choose to accept their proxied credentials.

How can I get my username(Loginname) from my web application when I use CAS to realize SSo? Is it in session?
