聚乳酸相关专利分析（三）——聚乳酸包装材料DERWENT专利分析- -

聚乳酸（PLA）是以有机酸乳酸为原料生产的新型聚酯材料，性能胜于现有塑料聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯等材料，被产业界定为二十一世纪最有发展前途的新型包装材料，是环保包装材料的一颗明星，在未来将有望代替聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯等材料用于塑料制品，应用前景广阔。
近年来，世界上许多公司纷纷开始研究聚乳酸在包装中的应用，并申请了大量专利。笔者在DERWENT专利数据库中对聚乳酸在包装中的应用进行了检索（检索日期：2004年11月26日），发现共有430篇相关专利报道，对以上专利文献进行分析，做出以下结论：
一、申请专利族数量最多的前十大公司分析
笔者对1982年－2004年世界上聚乳酸在包装中应用的专利公开进行分析，发现申请量（本文所指的申请量是指DERWENT的专利族，即当发明人就同一发明主题在多国提出专利申请时，DERWENT公司将其收到的在“主要”国家首次公开的专利申请文件定义为基本专利，而将随后一年内收到在其他国家申请的专利视为同一专利族，只统计一次）最多的前十大公司分别为：
MITSUBISHI PLASTICS IND LTD、UNITIKA LTD、SHIMADZU CORP、SHIMADZU CORP、TOPPAN PRINTING CO LTD、TORAY IND INC、KANEBO LTD、KANEBO GOSEN KK、ASAHI KASEI KK、TOYOBO KK。
对以上各年度各公司的专利申请情况进行分析，结果如下表。由表可见，2003年申请的专利总量最多，2003年申请专利量较多的公司为TOYOBO KK、ASAHI KASEI KK、TOPPAN PRINTING CO LTD、UNITIKA LTD、MITSUBISHI PLASTICS IND LTD；2004年申请专利量最多的则是TORAY IND INC，表明了该公司在聚乳酸于包装方面的应用研究正加大了投入力度。
二、公开专利的分类分析
通过对聚乳酸包装材料专利的分类进行分析可知，公开的专利中所属专利分类（DERWENT分类）较多的为：
（1）B29C－塑料的成型或连接；塑性状态物质的一般成型；已成型产品的后处理，如修整。
（2）B29D－用塑料或用塑性状态的物质生产特殊制品；
（3）Ｂ29K－关于成型材料与小类Ｂ29B、Ｃ或Ｄ有关的引得分类表；
（4）Ｂ32B－层状产品；
（5）Ｂ65D－用于物体或物料贮存或运输的容器，如袋、桶、瓶子、箱盒、罐头、纸板箱、板条箱、圆桶、罐、槽、料仓、运输容器；所用的附件、封口或配件；包装元件；包装件；
（6）C08G－用碳－碳不饱和键以外的反应得到的高分子化合物；
（7）Ｃ08J－加工；配料的一般工艺过程；
（8）Ｃ08L－高分子化合物的组合物；
（9）D01F－。
对其中申请专利族最多的公司MITSUBISHI PLASTICS IND LTD各年专利申请的专利分类进行分析，结果如下：
由上图可知，MITSUBISHI PLASTICS IND LTD 2001年公开专利的专利分类主要为C08L、C08K、C08J、B65D、B32B、B29L、B29K、B29C、A23L；2003年公开专利的专利分类主要为：C23C、C08L、C08K、C08J、B65D、B32B、B29L、B29K、B29C；2004年公开专利的专利分类主要为：C08L、C08J、B29C。
三、 公开专利的国别分析
对公开的聚乳酸包装材料专利按专利优先权国家进行统计分析，具体结果如下表：
