Former vice central bank governor Wu Xiaoling says the country can afford to further raise the ratio. She's currently the vice chairperson of the National People's Congress' financial and economic affairs committee. She says tighter liquidity will lead to a squeeze on bank lending, which in turn will push up lending rates.
