态度问题 ATTITUDE QUESTIONS
领导者应对雇员的态度感兴趣,因为它对潜在的问题给予预先警告,并会影响他们的日常行为。因为态度是对涉及的对象,人或事件的评价性陈述或判决,有三个主要组成部分 :
- 认知 = 评价
- 情感 = 感情
- 行为 = 行动
举一个例子,我的上司,晋升到了一个同事,本该是我。
我的上司是不公平的(评价)
我不喜欢我的上司(感情)
我正在找其他工作,我对任何人抱怨我的上司(行为)
公司为例:VSP公司
美国最大眼保健供应商,在财富杂志连续3年“已被列入100家最佳工作名单”,每年调查的一个公司,每个季度对1/4的工作人员调查。此外,该公司使用了一个外部咨询公司对所有员工每隔一年进行全面调查。
工作态度 - 工作相关态度
1 /工作满意度 - 一个人从一个工作特点的评估结果,产生的积极感觉
2 /工作投入 - 人们心理认同他们的工作,并感知他们的实际绩效水平对自我价值的重要程度
3 /组织承诺 - 情感承诺,继续承诺,规范(规范地)的承诺
其他工作态度(POS)是在何种程度上员工认为组织的价值观的贡献和关心他们的福利
一个很新的概念,是员工敬业 - 个人的参与,同时,满意和热情于他们所做的工作。

Leaders should be interested in employees' attitudes because it gives warnings of potential problems and because they influence behavior
Attitudes is evaluative statements or judgements concerning objects, people, or events which has three major components
- Cognitive 认知 = Evaluation
- Affective 感情 = Feeling
- Benhavioral 行为 = action
Give an example- My supervisor gave a promotion to a coworker who deserved it less than me.
My supervisor is unfair (Congnitive)
I dislike my supervisor (Affective)
I'm looking for other work; I've complained about my supervisor to anyone who would listen (Behavioral)
Company Example: VSP
Largest provider of eye care benefits in the united states, been on Fortune magazine's list of the "100 Best Companies to work for " for 3 years in a row, annually survey every employee in the company, One-fourth of the staff each quarter. In addition, the company uses an outside consulting firm to conduct an all-employee survey every other year.
Job attitudes - work related attitudes
1/ Job satisfaction - positive feeling about one's job resulting  from an evaluation of its characteristics
2/ Job Involvement - measures the degree to which people identify psychologically (心理上地) with their job and consider their perceived performance level important to self-worth (自我价值)
3/ Organizational commitment - Affective commitment, continuance commitment, Normative (规范地) commitment
Other job attitudes perceived organizational support (POS) is the degree to which employees believe the organization values their contribution and cares about their well-being
A very new concept is employee engagement - individual's involvement with, satisfaction with, and enthusiasm for, the work they do.
