Just like Beijing, Guangzhou has a clear rich-poor polarization too. Men in the city could earn a high salary, but they also have to pay higher costs for housing and transportation fees. Roughly, 60 percent men living in the city dream of getting back their hometown after earning enough money.

Since Chongqing become a major municipality, the increasing population of the city has made the competition and pressure greater all the time. Although Chongqing is a famous domestic hometown of beauties, it is a sick joke for men living there because the most gorgeous girls marry men from out of town.


6. Wuhan – too many talents

Wuhan is an area with relative developed high technology, and it draws many men with management and technical expertise.
