Electronic Processing Participation

Important Notice: Once electronic processing has been chosen it is critical that no hard copy documentation be mailed to the NVC. Submission of physical ** documents will delay processing.

How do I join Electronic Processing?

If you decide to participate, you must send an e-mail to the Post-specific Electronic Processing email address referenced in the Eligibility PDF you previously read. When completing the e-mail:
（如果你决定参加电子化，你必须发送一份email给特定的电子化处理email地址，以你之前读过的是否属于合法参加电子化处理的PDF文件为参考。当完成这封email时：）

（1）Enter the code “OPTIN” followed by your NVC Case Number in the Subject line of the e-mail, for example OPTIN **2009123123 (where ** would be the processing consulate 3 digit code).

（2）Refer to only ONE CASE per e-mail message.

（3）The body of the e-mail must contain:

• For family-based petitions, the body of each message must include the applicant's name, e-mail address, and date of birth; the petitioner's name, e-mail address and date of birth; and the name, e-mail address, and address of the attorney of record, if applicable.

• For employment-based petitions, the body of each message must include the name and address of the sponsoring company/organization.

• Fill in the form online, save it on your computer as a PDF file, and then attach the completed DS-3032 to the e-mail message before you send it.
