 一、Ten Things God Won’t Ask On That Day

 当那日来临时，上帝不会问的十件事。

　  1. God won't ask what kind of car you drove. He will ask how many people you drove who did not have transportation.
　　上帝不会问你开的是哪种车，他会问你搭载过多少没有交通工具的人。

　  2. God won't ask the square footage of your house. He'll ask how many people you welcomed into your home.
　　上帝不会问你的房子有多大，他会问你邀请过多少人去你家。

　　3. God won't ask about the clothes you had in your closet. He'll ask how many you helped to clothe.
　　上帝不会问你衣柜里曾经有多少衣服，他会问你捐过多少衣物给需要的人。

　　4. God won't ask what your highest salary was. He'll ask if you compromised your characterto obtain it.
　　上帝不会问你收入有多丰富，他会问你是否为不义之财。

　　5. God won't ask what yout job title was. He'll ask if you preformed your job to the best of your ability.
　　上帝不会问你的头衔是什么，他会问你是否在工作上有尽力而为。

　　6. God won't ask how many friends you had. He'll ask how many people to whom you were a friend.
　　上帝不会问你有多少朋友，他会问你是多少人的朋友。

　　7. God won't ask in what neighborhood you lived. He'll ask how you treated your neighbors.
　　上帝不会问你住在哪个社区，他会问你是如何对待左邻右舍的。

　　8. God won't ask about the color of your skin. He'll ask about the content of your character.
　　上帝不会问你的肤色，他会问你的人格特质。

　　9. God won't ask why it took you so long to seek Salvation. He'll lovingly take you to your mansion in heaven, and not to the gates of Hell.
　　上帝不会问你怎么花那么长的时间在寻找救赎，他会慈祥地将将你引领到天上的家，而不是把你推向地狱之门。

　　10. God won't have ask how many people you forward this to. He already knows your decision.
　　上帝不需要问你会将这个信息传给多少人，他早已知道你的决定。 

二、采访上帝

    我梦见自己在采访上帝。“你要采访我吗？”上帝问。“如果你有时间的话。”我说。上帝露出微笑......“我有永恒的时间，你想问我什么问题”。人类有哪些事最另你惊讶？

    上帝回答：

    “他们觉得童年很无聊，急着让自己长大，然后又想回到童年。”

    “他们为了赚钱而失去健康，然后又花钱找回健康。”

    “他们担心的想着未来，却忘了现在，因此既不是活在现在，也不是活在未来。”

    “他们活得好像永远不会死，却死的好像未曾活过一样。”

    上帝握住我的手，我们静坐了片刻。然后我问：“为人父的你，希望儿女明白哪些人生功课？”上帝微笑着回答：

    “明白不能强迫别人来爱他们，只能让自己被爱。”

   “明白跟别人比较不是好的。”

   “明白富人不是拥有最多的人，而是需要最少的人。”

   “明白揭开心爱之人的创伤只需几秒钟，却要花很多年才能痊愈。”

   “明白宽恕是需要练习才能学会。”

   “明白有些人很爱他们，只是不知道怎样表达。”

   “明白两个人看同一件事，会有不同的看法。”

   “明白光被别人宽恕还不够，自己也必须宽恕自己。”

   “并且明白我就在这里，直到永远。”
