解决方案：
国内用户安装必须借助国外VPN代理才能安装（比如美国的，国内IP已被myeclipse官方查封）
安装步骤：
1、上网找一个有美国IP地址的免费vpn或付费vpn（当然，免费是最好的，我找的也是免费的）
2、连接上vpn
3、点击安装
4、由于受vpn带宽的影响，有可能一次安装成功不了，多试几次（我试了四次，终于搞定）
5、myeclipse7.5是6月17日释出的，我是6月18日用迅雷从官网上下的，当天晚上就搞定（要在迅雷里设置http代理才能下载，我用的代理是140.239.56.38:80@HTTP)
6、由于在官方不好下载，我会上传到纳米盘，供大家快速下载，同时提供绿色版的myeclipse7.5，免得大家在安装过程中由于vpn设置不当导致不能安装(绿色版的基本功能测试过，其他功能没有测试，大家试试吧)。
