为什么Here's不用Here are？

本句是个倒装句，正常语序是Your umbrella and your coat are here.
由于主语your umbrella and your coat太长，句子有头重脚轻之感，因此将主语置于句末。
又由于倒装句遵循就近原则，所以谓语由更靠近的名词your umbrella决定，所以用is.
