It is essential that the consideration of external factors when you make plans .Personal thoughts with subjective awareness ,sometimes may cause privatism.
My job is to organize extracurricula activities at every new semester in our class ,you might think it is a simple task .Searching from the internet ,giving the budget and then making a call,everything done ,and we are ready now!It seems almost perfect,and it doesn't need to make any sense.But things never easy as it looks like.Our class consisits of 33 students ,around 80% comes from middle-income family,15% is from low-income famliy,the rest students are comparatively .That is to say ,most students can't finance their trip if thecosts of activities over their monthly budget.Furthermore,making plans,to a great extent ,depend on a good weather.We living in the city which the weather becomes a trepidation .For the weather here changes so fast ,and especially in winter .Worse still, when ask they“How about your ?".Each have their own views and they never satisfied with your idea .
Before I took the job,I just thought I could do it or better.However,I looked it down at that time.Seriously ,I should learn more skills and comprehensive look at things .Thus,it will progress more smoothly.
