多名男子夜闯待拆民房 两村民被围殴一死一伤

本报讯 (记者崔木杨)30日凌晨2时许，山西省太原市晋元区金胜镇古寨村，一待拆迁民房内发生入室行凶案，造成一死一伤。死者为村民孟福贵，伤者则是房主武文元。据了解，凶案发生时，正在家中睡觉的上述两人，遭到破窗而入的10余名手持木棒的男子围殴后，被弃至路边。目前，太原市警方已对此事立案，展开调查。

多名男子夜闯民房

凶案发生在村民武文元的家中，这是一座位于古寨村村北，面积约100余平米的农家小院。案发时，武文元与孟福贵同住在院内。据武文元的邻居回忆，昨日凌晨两点多，他被武家持续发出的玻璃破碎声和挖掘机的轰鸣声吵醒后发现，武家的院子里闯进了多名手持木棒的男子。

“我想，出事了，就打电话叫人。”邻居说，打过电话约10多分钟后，有村民陆续赶来帮忙，不过行凶的人都跑光了。

民房内两人被围殴

孟杰武是案发后第一个赶到现场的村民。

他说，赶到武家时，浑身是血的武文元和孟福贵已经被扔在与武家大院比邻的马路上。当时武家后院的院墙被掏了一个窟窿。让孟杰武印象深刻的是，躺在马路上的孟福贵头被打得血肉模糊，牙齿散落在身边。“连裤子都没穿(孟福贵)。”他说，当时大家以为两人都死了，后来在搬武文元时才发现人还有口气，于是打了急救和报警电话，在医院武文元被救了过来。

“凶手是翻过院墙，从窗户进到屋子里的。”武文元说，冲进屋子的男子有十几个，说了句“往死里打”后，就用木棒往他和孟福贵的身上打。

凶案疑与拆迁有关

据古寨村三位村民介绍，死者和武文元都是农民，素来不与人结怨。大家推断，这起凶案应该与近来的拆迁有关。案发前负责拆迁的工作人员曾多次来到武文元和孟福贵家中测量面积，并动员两人配合拆迁。不过，双方对补偿款存在较大分歧，至今未达成协议。

昨日，记者在太原市警方了解到，目前警方已对此事立案，并对嫌疑人展开了调查。
