After watching the film Penguin Diary, I am eager to adventure in Antarctica. There are the main following reasons.
First, Antarctica is the last one of the five continents, and therefore it is the most complete and unique natural beauty of the five continents. Second, it is the coldest place on earth. It is also the driest.With annual rainfall close to zero,Antarctica is technically a desert. Third, it is full of wildlife, which is adapted to its extreme conditions. There are different types of penguins, whales.But there are no trees on the large continent,while mosses and lichens can live there. What's more,it holds 90 percent of the world's ice and has the world's largest iron mine. Last but not the least ,there is no permanent residents, only scientists from many countries. In one word, Antarctica is a place full of mystery to me.I'm looking forward to setting foot on it.
