一．SUMMARY
This ship is a shelf-propelled and mechanical cuter suction sand collecter.The structure of hull is assembly box type.The ship have traverse instrument lifting device for bridge,position anchor and deck crane etc.
The sand pump is driven by main diesel engine via gear box.
The generators provide power for electric machine and lighting of the ship .
The traverse winch and lifting winch of bridge are driven by moter via gear box.
Mechanical cutter is driven by moter via cyclonical pin gear reducer.
There are two anchors in stern for locating the hull.
Hull goes forward through the two electric tractions.

四. systerm configuration and function
1Hull part
Hull figure of this ship is square with cross-frame structure. It designed according to level A of inland river navagation of rules and regulations for the construction and classfication of sea-going steel ships of CCS (2002).hull is steel weldin g structure .whole hull is made of good weld ability of steel.
The entire hull composed of three pontoons.there are one main potoon and two sides potoons.potoons are connected by jointed board and hook which located in deck and hull bottom.they are all fastening by high strength bolt and nut .

八. Sand suction systerm:
Pump suction systerm attracts the sand shape of the mouth in the cutter cavity to become the negative pressure to cause the cold water mixture and obtains by the suction pump in certain pressure to transport to unload the sand spot .this equipment design pulls out the sand pipe support release ang the horizontal plane angle is when 45 degree pulls out the and depth is meters .and pulls out the sand pipe rise and ffall block and tackle by the main frame body and so on. to be composed .a body and the hull become 90 degrees ,put up on the body the nose to be apart from main deck 3.5m,the main frame body becomes by the steecircular pipe welding,the bloakandtackle composesincluding three movable pulleys and three fixed pulleys.
1ridge unit
Bridge uses 320 square steel to take front and the frame support the cutter unit ,the electric motor speed reducer installs behindthe bridge the upper extreme through the rotaryshaft coupling ,the axisprovides the revolving power for the reamer .
Sand suction systerm :

Overflow part of the sand pump including the pump housing ,the impeller and the backing and so on usesthe antiifriction material manufacture ,which haes the good anti-attrition performance.
Transmission device :
The main diesel engine transmits power to sand pump via the flywheel, the shafting coupling and the marine gear box.the gear box power input 205kw,input rational speed 1500r/min ,output 700min/min.the gear box can decelerate by the meeting and parting the function.sand pump spindle supportine part usea the sand pump bearing box support.
4.suction/discharge sand pipe and accessories
Suction sand pipe diameter is 259mm;wall thickness is 8mm,it inluding two parts one on bridge, the other on ship.between two pipelines connects with the flange type rubber hose.sand suction pipe and the bridge uses slipknot connection,it is easy to maintenance and change .

1.systerm explanation
Electricity design of this ship according to the request of “coopration researchand development design agreement”to carries-on.and conformed to “steel tosgips to enter level and construction standard |”2002stipulation..the main equipment selectd the electrician specialized standard product
Electric power system
The ship uses the neutral point earth not take the hull as the return route three-phase four insulation systerm,the feed line type power supply way ,three-phase AC400v,50hz,three threads power transmission ;single-phase AC220v,double thread power transmission.
Distribution box
There is a distribution box of AC220v,which can supply lighting for cab inside and outside ,and bottom ;for cabin inside and outside and deck ;and supply power for power source plug and battry charge etc.enters the distributing box by the three –phase four power lines ,in the distributing box by the three-phase four power lines ,in the distrbuting box shoulders the assignment four the balanced three groups .

Suction sand pipe shelf winch and traverse winch are both controlled by sinle keyboard button-swith.Anchor , sheet anchor and traverse interaction used button-swith which set on the left and right symmetry operation convenience.
Operation station ;it installs swithes of the power source key .anchors, bridge handle and the work lighting .it also installs two vacuum and pressure gauges which connected with sand pump sensor ,one main engine speed meter and alarm device display and main engine emergency stop.
5lighting systerm
A normal lighting :Generator supply AC220v power for cabin , deck,drive room and operation lighting when it running .
Btemporary lighting ;there are power swith inside and outside of the cabin ,deck and driver room for temperary lighting .
6.two group batteries
A batteries for starting diesel engine :there are 2sets 120v batteries series-parallel to make a DC 24vpower source to help to start the main engine .
B batteries for starting generator;there are 2sets 120 Ahparallel to make a DC24v power source to help to start the generator .
Ctwo groups of batteries will charge when generator working .

There is one ventilator in engine room, except porthole,clearstory and door.
Around the cab establishes a bigger window ,the field of vision is open,so it can guaranteed operator have a good working conditions.
