Journal of the History of Ideas
Since its inception in 1940, the Journal of the History of Ideas has served as a medium for the publication of research in intellectual history that is of common interest to scholars and students in a wide range of fields. It is committed to encouraging diversity in regional coverage, chronological range, and methodological approaches. JHI defines intellectual history expansively and ecumenically, including the histories of philosophy, of literature and the arts, of the natural and social sciences, of religion, and of political thought. It also encourages scholarship at the intersections of cultural and intellectual history — for example, the history of the book and of visual culture.

Intellectual History Review is the journal of the International Society for Intellectual History. The journal is a forum for the Anglo-American and European intellectual history community, promoting the work and aims of the ISIH as well as the study of intellectual history more generally. As well as articles, IHR regularly publishes literature surveys, and essay reviews of current work in intellectual history and related historical areas.

Launched in 2004, this important new journal serves as a focal point and forum for scholarship on intellectual history and related fields in cultural history from 1650 onwards, with primary attention to Europe and the United States but also to transnational developments that encompass the non-West. MIH enquires into this era's intellectual discourses and texts, their contextual origins and reception, and the recovery of their historical meanings. The term 'texts' encompasses various forms of intellectual and cultural expression, including political thought, philosophy, religion, literature, the social sciences, the natural sciences, and the visual arts.

HISTORY OF EUROPEAN IDEAS
History of European Ideas is devoted to the intellectual history of Europe from the Renaissance onwards. It is interdisciplinary in that it aims to publish papers on the history of ideas in a number of different fields: political and economic thought, philosophy, natural philosophy and science, theology and literature. Treatments of the history of ideas which cut across these categories or which trace connections between them in different European countries are particularly welcome. Proposals for special issues devoted to historical themes or to proceedings of conferences are also encouraged.
