张学栋,字易罡，号一葫。山西祁县人，一九六二年生。高级建筑师。
多年来，曾在山西、四川、海南、广西、等省以及北京、南京等市先后从事建筑设计、房地产开发、政府管理研究与实践等工作。现任中国行政管理学会副秘书长、中国行政管理学会县级行政管理研究分会副理事长兼秘书长，中国行政管理学会事业发展部主任。2006年8月至2007年8月挂职任南京市发展和改革委员会副主任。
九三学社第十一届、第十二届中央委员、社中央参政议政研究中心副主任、社中央社会与法制委员会副主任、北京大学政治发展与政府管理研究所兼职研究员、北京大学图象思维与未来政府研究中心执行主任。发表论文60多篇、论著近十部。
长期从事人与自然、社会和谐共融关系的研究，2004年3月正式出版《图·像思维－对自然·人·社会和谐共融观的整体感悟》，提出图·像思维理论(易·像学说)。2005年发行《易·像艺术－张学栋心灵艺术》邮票，2005年8月荣获美国加州、内华达州政府奖，表彰易·像学说在人文与艺术领域的贡献； 2006年1月由中国文史出版社出版：《图·像思维与哲学》(易罡、严放著)；《图·像思维与道学》(易罡、梓宁著)；《图·像思维与文学》(易罡、阿东著)；《图·像思维与佛学》(易罡、智宣著)。
2006年6月在美国圣地亚哥市召开的设计与流程科学学会"世界创新大会"上，荣获"乔治·科兹梅茨基奖"。表彰图·像思维理论（易·像学说）在跨学科、跨领域、跨行业思维创新研究方面的成就。
2006年9月在中央统战部、各民主党派、工商联、无党派人士为全面建设小康社会作贡献经验交流暨表彰会上，荣获"为全面建设小康社会作贡献先进个人"称号。
2007年10月由中国文史出版社出版：《图·像思维与人生》(易罡、刘坚著)；《图·像思维与水》(易罡、国岭著)。
2008年6月在台湾亚洲大学举行的国际设计与流程科学学会(SDPS)“设计与流程全球的合作：跨学科、跨行业、跨领域”国际学术研讨会上，荣获该会(SDPS)院士称号。

Had completed higher education, practiced construction design, real estate development, governance and public administration research, etc. in Sichuan, Hainan, Guangxi, Beijing, Nanjing and other places. Incumbent positions: Deputy Secretary General, Chinese Public Administration Society ; Secretary of its Chapter of National County Public Administration Research and its Research Centre for Scientific Development.
Member of Central Committee of September 3rd Society, Deputy Director of its Public Policy and Political Participation Research Centre; Deputy Director of its Committee of Legislative and Social Policy; (Member of Political Consultative Conference, Xicheng District, Beijing)part-time researcher of the Institute of Political Development and Governance; part-time Researcher, the Institute of Political Development and Government Management, and, Executive Director of the Research Centre of E-Picture Thinking and Future Government, Beijing University. Have studied the harmonious relationship among man, society and nature for a long time.In March 2004, formally published Yi-Picture Thinking, A Harmonious Mind-set for An Ultimate Integration of Nature, humanity and Society, proposed the idea of Yi-Picture Theory.
In January, 2006 published Yi-Picture and Philosophy, Yi-Picture and Daoism, Yi-Picture and Literature, and Yi-Picture and Buddhism(co-author). In 2005 postage Yi-Picture-Zhang Xuedong’s Art of Soul was issues. In August, 2006, was honored the Award from Nevada and California State Governments for the YI-Picture theory’s contribution to humanity and art;
In June 2006，won George Kozmetsky award for
Outstanding Achievement in Transdicplinary Innovation for the theory’s creative research accomplishments transdicplinary, transfields and crosstrade at World Congress on Innovation of the Society for Design and Process Science (SDPS),in San Diego, USA.
In Sptember 2006,was accredited the Outstanding Contributor Title for Comprehensive Construction of a Prime Prosperous Society at the honoring ceremony and working experience conference for the Comprehensive Construction of a Prime Prosperous Society sponsored by the Department of United Front of Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for all democratic parties, non-partisans and the Association of Business and Industry.
